  LINSEMAN, Rose (Mrs. Carl) Peacefully on Friday, August 6, 2010 at Leisureworld Care Centre, Elmira. Rose (Yeitenheimer), in her 99th year, of Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Carl Linseman (1999). Dear mother of Doug and Faye and Brian and Judi all of Ottawa. Loving grand-mother of Steve, Mark, Scott, Sheri, Taylor, Christopher and David and great-grandmother of Adam, Paige and Sara. Rose was the last surviving member of her family having been predeceased by her parents Louis and Margaret (Kocher) Veitenheimer and by her five brothers Joe, Emile, Frank, Edgar, Jack and by her four sisters Margaret Hahn, Victoria Mittleholt, Florence Meyer and Lavina Knoblaugh. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Monday, August 9, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Teresa of Avila R.C. Church, Elmira on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 10 a.m. with Father David Lewis officiating followed by interment in Elmira Union Cemetery. Parish prayers will be offered at the Funeral Home on Monday evening at 8:30 p.m. Those wishing may make memorial donations to Chateau Gardens Auxiliary or Leisureworld Care Centre, Elmira.
