  WIEBE, Ross E. - At Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 1991, in his 70th year. A retired employee of Cambridge Brass and a member of the Preston Legion, Branch No. 126. Dear father of Lloyd and his wife Bonnie of Cambridge; loving grandfather of Brian; dear friend of Shirley Smith; brother of Lydia Stoetz of Manitoba. Predeceased by brothers, Hilbert and Edwin and a sister, Linda. Mr. Wiebe is resting at Coutts & Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. today (Wednesday). A private family service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday with Rev. Linda Ewing officiating. Cremation to follow. Remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, P.O.
