  HILBORN, Roy Elton Of New Hamburg, suddenly, on Monday, Aug. 29. 1994, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener. He was born in Preston, 75 years ago, a son of the late James Hilborn and the former Mabel Shiry. He was a member of the New Apostolic Church, New Hamburg, a member of the Haysville Sunshine Club and a member of the 39 Plus Club of New Hamburg. Beloved husband of Eleanor (Gillespie) Hilborn, whom he married October 18, 1944. Loving father of Anne Elizabeth and her husband Bruce Catton of RR 1, Wellesley. Lovingly remembered by two grandsons, Scott Whittier and Tyler White.. Also missed by one brother, Russell Hilborn of Cambridge: one sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Hulks of Gravenhurst: one brother-in-law, Bill Ledgerwood and one sister-in-law, Connie Hilborn, both of Cambridge. He was predeceased by one son, Donald James in 1972: six brothers, Arthur. Harold, Oscar, Bill, Clifford. Kenneth and one sister, Elma Ledgerwood. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 1994, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and until Thursday, where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge at 3 p.m. The Record 30 Aug 1994 pg A9
