  Robert [Roy] Osgood By Record Staff Writer PRESTON - A former Preston alderman and newspaper man, Robert [Roy] Osgood, 78. of 647 King St., died Friday in South Waterloo Memorial Hosptal, Galt. He was life-long resident of Preston. Mr. Osgood retired 35 years ago after managing the Galt Reporter's Preston bureau. He served several terms in council. He was a member of St: Paul's United Church and served as president of Preston Lawn Bowling Club, and as president of the St. Petersburg, Fla., bowling club. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Osgood. Surviving are his wife, the former Jane Hagey; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Gladys) Morlock and Mrs. Preston (Mabel) Graham, both of Preston. There are three grandchildren. The body is at H. K. Stager Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday. Committal service will be in Park Lawn n Memorial Chapel. Rev. H. J.
