  Mrs. Selma Uttley The death of Mrs. 'Selma Uttley, widow of the late Joseph T. Uttley, occurred last Saturday at K-W Hospital, Kitchener, at the age of 64 years, following a lengthy illness. Deceased was born in Wellesley on April 1, 1892, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Forler, who later became residents of New Hamburg. Following her marriage she moved to Kitchener Where he husband predeceased her April 9, 1946. A son, Brooks, died in England May 27, 1955. Surviving are four sons, Lorne, Toronto; Frank, Fergus; and Harold and Lyle of Kitchener; three daughters, Mrs. Doris Murray, London, Ont.; Mrs. Gordon (Ruth) McIntyre, Toronto; and Mrs. Vernon (Marjorie) Rickert, Windsor; five brothers, Alvin, Harold and Clayton, all of New Hamburg; Elton, Chicago; and Austin, Kitchener; two sisters, Mrs. Milton Boettger, West Monkton and Mrs. Lawrence Bingeman, New Hamburg; and also 18 grandchildren. The funeral service was held Monday afternoon at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, Kitchener, conducted by Rev. A. W. Lotz, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Kitchener, of which departed was a member.
