    • SHIRLEY O'DONNELL

      PRESTON, May 15 - Shirley Marie Frances O'Donnell, 21-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs: Thomas O'Donnell, Preston, died suddenly, yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener. While the late Miss O'Donnell had been ill for the past two weeks, her death was sudden. Born at the K-W Hospital, Kitchener, the deceased lived in Preston all her life and was popular among the young people of the community. A member of St, Clement's R.C. Church, she was also a member of the Catholic Youth Organization and the Preston Junior Chapter of the I.0.D.E. The late Miss O'Donnell was employed in the office of the Savage Shoe Company, Preston. Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas O'Donnell, and her grandmothers, Mrs. O'Donnell, Sr., Mimico and Mrs. Smith, Goderich. The remains are resting at the Gordon Pass Funeral Home, Preston, until Sunday at 2 o'clock when removal will be made to the residence, 838 Moore Street. Requiem high mass will be sung at St. Clement's R.C. Church on Monday, at 9 a.m. Interment will be in the Preston R.C. Cemetery.
