  ZINGER, Stephen (Monty) At Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1993, age 82 years, Monty Zinger, of Kitchener. A retired self employed oil burner technician, a member of St. Anne's RC Church, a founding charter life member of Council 6024 of the Maryhill Knights of Columbus and a member of the 4th Degree Father Funkin General Assembly. Son of the late Albert Zinger and the former Helen Steffler. Beloved husband of the late Yvette Zinger (Lacasse). Loving husband of Helen Zinger (nee Moore); loving father to Helen Anne Hause and her husband John of Waterloo and Mary Lippert and her husband Terry of Kitchener; cherished and devoted Popa, to Kimberly Lippert; dear brother of Joseph and his wife Marjorie of Maryhill and Rupert and his wife Viola of Kitchener; step-father to Jim Moore, Linda Hoeman and her husband John, Doug Moore and his wife Lorrie, Marylou Higgins and her husband Rod, Judy Moore and Steve, Randy Moore and Judi and Rob Moore and Rose, all of Kitchener and Ken Moore and his wife Debbie of Cambridge; step-grandfather to six grandchildren. Predeceased by two sisters. Colette Coulson and Leona Wilhelm and two brothers, Max and Fred. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, where the family will receive friends today (Friday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish vigil for the deceased today (Friday) at 7: 30 p.m., followed by the Knights of Columbus scripture service at 8 p.m. Prayers will be offered from the funeral home chapel on Saturday. Sept. 25, at 12: 30 p.m., followed by the funeral mass at St. Anne's RC Church, at 1 p.m. Father Rob Stainsby officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
