  LEWIS, Terry Passed away peacefully, from complications with lung cancer, on Friday, October 31, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Lewis. Loving father of David (Krista) and Terry (Jodi). Cherished grandpa of Cheri Bilitz (Peter), Jeff Lewis (Jenna), Colin Lewis and Matthew and Owen Stefanich, and proud great-grandpa to Elena Bilitz and Summer Lewis. Predeceased by his sister Helen Pepper. He will be missed by his friends and family, including his best friends Buddy and Hanz Peeters. Terry was a passionate golfer who loved the outdoors.
