  Theodore Fess Theodore E. Fess, 54, 61 Waterloo St., died suddenly yesterday. He had been senior caretaker of the Victoria Public School, Kitchener, for 12 years. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. A son of Mrs. Helena Fess, Kitchener, and the late William Fess, he was born in Fisherville, Sept. 17,1896. His marriage to the former Anna Hertsfelder, who survives, took place at Kitchener in 1924. Surviving besides his mother and wife are one son, Craig, London, Ont., two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Doris) Johnston, Kitchener, and Alice at home. One grandson also survives. The body will rest at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until 1 p.m. Sunday when it will be taken to the Grace Lutheran Church for service at 2:30. Interment will be in Memory Gardens. Rev. Roy Knoll will conduct the service. A memorial service was held at Victoria Public School today Kitchener-Waterloo Record 23 Jan 1953
