  ACCIDENTAL DEATH IS VERDICT AT HYMMEN INQUEST The coroner's jury which met Friday brought in a verdict that the accident at the Lancaster St. crossing where Ward Hymmen and Mrs. Homer Hymmen were fatally injured when struck by a C. N. R. railway train was accidental and that no blame could be attached to anyone. It was the opinion of the jury that owing to the heavy motor traffic on Lancaster St. and taking into consideration the number of accidents that have occurred at this crossing, this jury request the crown attorney to ask the Dominion Railway board to provide more adequate protection as soon as possible.
