      Mrs. Oscar Yaeck, 78 Onward Ave., died Sunday at K-W Hospital. She was 81.

      The former Maude Dahmer, she was born in Conestogo and was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Heinrich Dahmer. She has lived in Kitchener all her life. Mrs. Yaeck was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. Her husband died in 1947.

      Surviving are one son, Harold of Kitchener; two brothers, Walter and David, both of Kitchener; three sisters, Mrs. Winnie Klaehn and Mrs. Winnie Klaehn and Mrs. Amelia Grischow, both of Kitchener, and Mrs. Tillie Mohr of New Hamburg; two grandclilldren and three great-grandchildren.

      The body is at the Schreiter- Sandrock Funeral Home where Rev. A .A. Schweitzer of St. Mark's Lutheran Church will conduct the service Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Bridgeport cemetery.

      Donations to the Ontario Heart Foundation will be accepted as expressions of sympathy.
