  Mrs. Slavko Jokic Mrs. Slavko Jokic, a resident of New Hamburg for the past nine years, died at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital on Friday at the age of 36 years, following an illness of four months. A native of Dettica, Italy, the deceased was the former Marie Oavatiere, and was born February 22, 1922, a daughter of Andrew Cavaliere and Teresa Bottone. She came to Canada in 1949, and was employed at the Hahn Brass Limited here. Surviving besides her husband, to whom she was married, Feb. 9, 1947, in Italy, are two sons, Ljuba 8, and John, 4, at home; four brothers, Frank, Alfonso, Mario and Gueglielmo, all of New Hamburg, and five sisters Lucia and Edgidia of London Rachelina and Ida of Italy and Esunta of New Hamburg. The funeral was held Monday forenoon with requiem, high mass at Holy Family R. C. Church, of which H he departed was a member, and burial in Holy Family cemetery. Rev. Father R.
