  CHELKOWSKI, Mrs. Antony Helena - At Freeport Hospital, on Monday, Sept. 26, 1983, in her 80th year, Helena Engwert. Daughter of the late Adam Engwert and Kathryn Kostrzewska; wife of Antony Chelkowski of Kitchener; mother of Alice (Mrs. Andy Tulecki) of Kitchener; grandmother of Ted, and Elizabeth. Predeceased by one sister and one brother. Mass of Christian burial was held from the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton: at Church St., on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 12:30 p.m., Rev. Terry McGuire, CR. officiated. Interment Woodland cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
