CHIN-GARVIN, Minnie

Of 1255 Michael Cres., Cambridge, on Monday, June 8, 1987, after a lengthy illness, at University Hospital, London, Ont., Minnie Gallichan-Smith, in her 50th year. Loving wife of Frederick A. Garvin; dear mother of Anthony and Kathy, both of Toronto; dear step-mother of Fred Jr. of Cambridge and survived by one brother, Roderick of Quebec. Predeceased by her first husband, Wallace Chin in 1977. Mrs. Chin-Garvin was born in Quebec and came to Cambridge in 1973, from Toronto. The family will receive friends at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, to-day (Tuesday), 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home, Thursday, June 11, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment Parklawn cemetery.
