  ATKINSON, Mildred (nee Geick) Passed away peacefully at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, October 18, 2012, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Atkinson. Loved mother of Corey (Sharon) Atkinson, Cynthia Atkinson and Randy Atkinson. Proud grandmother of Shannon Atkinson and great-grandmother of Tydan. Predeceased by her parents Pearl and Bill Geick, brother Stewart (Winnie) Geick and sister Audrey (late Chuck) Reese. Mildred's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 after 12 noon on Wednesday, October 24, 2012.
