  Van Veen, Henriette - At St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Monday, October 16, 2000, Henriette (Hakstege), formerly of Aalten, Netherlands, in her 77th year, was promoted into glory, to be with her Lord Jesus Christ forever. Beloved wife of Lucas; cherished mother of William and wife Nancy, Lucas and wife Brenda, Adrian and wife Bernice and Diana; loving grandmother of Paula, Philip, Derek, Thomas, Jonathan, Christa, Malisa, Kaitlin and Ashley; dear sister of Willemina, Wessel and Dine. Predeceased by brothers, Bertus and Johan. Mrs. Van Veen's family will receive friends and relatives at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place at 11 am on Friday, October 20 in the funeral home chapel followed by a time of fellowship in the funeral home Reception Room, Rev. Richard Kopanke officiating.
