  Kitchener girl, 2, dies of injuries sustained in 401 crash last week Record staff A two-year old Kitchener girl who was seriously injured in a Highway 401 crash last Sunday has died. Aldiola Kozhani succumbed to her injuries on Friday at Hamilton's McMaster University Hospital, where she had been transferred from Cambridge Memorial Hospital after the accident. The accident occurred March 14 in the westbound lanes of the 401 between Homer Watson Boulevard and Cedar Creek Road just after 5 p.m. when a four-door Chrysler Concorde was struck from behind by a Toyota Tundra pickup truck. Witnesses told police the Concorde was slowing down rapidly or coming to a stop while still in the middle lane of the 401 when it was struck. The 29-year-old male driver, his wife, 28, and a four-year-old child were taken to Cambridge hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The lone occupant of the pickup, a 39-year-old Woodstock man, was also taken to hospital with minor injuries. The Waterloo Record 20 Mar 2010
