- Sudden Death Of Mrs. F. Malinsky
Gloom Cast Over Community By Passing of Beloved And Respected Citizen
Following an illness of two weeks with typhoid fever, Mrs. F. Malinsky, wife of the Rev. F. Malinsky, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church, passed away at the K.-W. hospital on Tuesday afternoon. Although it was known that her condition was serious the death was somewhat unexpected and it was a real shock to the entire community to hear of her death. She has lived here with her husband for about five years and during that time has won the admiration and respect of a legion of friends. Her untiring efforts in church work and other worthy causes were pronounced.
She was born at Ravenna, Mich., 44 years ago, a daughter of Mrs. Krey and the late Mr. August Krey. In 1913 she was married at Conklin, Mich., to Rev. F. Malinsky, who survives with six children, Wilfred, Marie, Ruth, Vera, Walter and Irene, all at home. Besides her mother four sisters and five brothers also survive.
The funeral will be held to-morrow afternoon (Friday) with a private service at St. Paul's parsonage at two o'clock, followed by a public service at St. Paul's Lutheran church. Rev. A. Orzen of Kitchener will officiate. Interment will be made in the Elmira cemetery. The remains are at present at Dreisinger funeral home and will remain there until Friday morning when they will be moved to the residence. Flowers are greatefully declined.
