  TOBAR, Miguel Maurilio We sadly announce the death of our father, Miguel Maurilio Tobar on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at his home, surrounded by his family, in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Titia, loving father of Janeth (Shafik) Guerra, Wendy (Joaquin) Espionoza, Zuleyma (Walter) Canada, Maurilio Tobar, Rachael (Mario) Estrada, Levi Tobar, and Gersom (Ceci) Tobar. Also survived by his grandchildren and many other relatives. Miguel is resting at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge, on Friday evening, from 7-9, Saturday evening, from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday morning at 11 a.m., with interment following at Parklawn Cemetery. Miguel's family would like to thank Dr. Chouinard and his medical team of doctors, nurses, and receptionists. We would also like to thank the volunteers at Medical Day Care for helping us when we needed it, especially Grace, for being so caring. Thank you, Dr. Koke, for caring so much for Dad. It meant so much to him and he was always very grateful to you for always going an extra mile to help him out as much as you could. A big thank you to all the nurses from Paramed, especially Pat and Joan for helping us take care of him when he needed it the most. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making a difference in Dad's life. Life will never be the same without our wonderful Father. He will always be missed.
