  MAZUR, Olga Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Columbia Forest Long Term Care, at the age of 102. Beloved wife of the late Elko (1984). Loving mother of Genevieve Dzura of Thornhill, Sophie Lavigne (Bill) of Kitchener and Stephen Mazur (Suzette) of Waterloo. Baba to Darlene Dzura, Angela Dzura, Sonia Dzura, Stephen Lavigne, Robert Lavigne, Maureen Suffak (Jim), Paul Mazur, Cathy Rayner (Guy), David Mazur (Marise) and Susan Mazur. Also remembered by step-grandchildren, Bryan Sehl (Julie), Matthew Sehl (Sarah). Great- Baba to 14 great-grandchildren. Olga was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend who devoted her life to her family and her faith. Olga was predeceased by brothers Walter, Stephen, Philip in infancy and sisters Mary and Anna. For over 70 years she was a member of the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Transfiguration and served as founding President of the Ukrainian Catholic Women's League in Kitchener. She was also a member of Zustrich Seniors Club at the church. Olga's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Panachyda 7 p.m. on Friday evening. Prayers will be offered in the funeral home chapel at 9:15 a.m., Saturday, January 15, 2011 followed by procession to the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Transfiguration for a funeral service at 10 a.m. Rev. Dean Volodymyr Yanishevsky officiating. Interment at Woodland Cemetery followed by a reception at the church hall. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Church of the Transfiguration or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
