  Alton William Barlett Formerly of Galt, Alton William Barlett, beloved husband of Ellen Long, died suddenly in Toronto on Saturday. Some 35 or 40 years ago he was in business in Galt with his father. They operated a furniture and undertaking business at the corner of Dickson and Ainslie streets. Mrs. Ann Rogers, Metcalfe street, is an aunt by marriage of the late Mr. Barlett. The funeral service will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2: 30 o'clock at the residence, 1480 Queen street west, Toronto, with interment in Park Lawn cemetery.
