  RIVERS, Bruce Edward Passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, February 16, 1995, Bruce Edward Rivers of R.R. #1, Cambridge in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Rose Marion (Thorburn) Rivers and dear father of Robert Bruce Guy Rivers of Kitchener, Karen Marion Dill of St. Catharines and Warren Edward Rivers of Cambridge. Beloved brother of Mary Lloyd of Cam-bridge, Dorothy M. Rivers of Toronto and Russell L. Rivers of Cambridge. Beloved grandfather of Michael Dill, Jordan and Jessica Rivers and Heidi and Darren Rivers. Dear father-in-law of Judy Rivers of Plattsville, Carolyn Rivers of Cambridge and Mervyn Dill of St. Catharines. He is predeceased by his brother, Richard Roy Rivers and his grandson, Ryan Edward Dill. Mr. Rivers served as a corporal with the Argylle and Sutherland Infantry Regiment during World War 2. He was well known as a carpenter and a welder in the area, for many years. He was a mini car enthusiast, known for his unique designs and productions. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the funeral home chapel, on Saturday, at 3:00 p.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
