  MOODY, Daniel Laughlin Passed away, on Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 74th year, Daniel Moody, of Mildred Street, Cambridge. Loving father of Daniel and his wife Irene of Abbotsford, B.C. and Jo-Anne Geier and her husband Paul of Kitchener. Also survived by three grandchildren, Andrea, Mark and Karen and two sisters, Florence and Mardina of Nova Scotia. Mr. Moody was predeceased by his parents, Laughlin and Ann Moody; his wife, June Payne (1985); a brother, William and two sisters, Elizabeth and Irene. Daniel was born in Nova Scotia on December 23, 1925 and has been a resident of Cambridge for over 50 years. He retired from Artex Woolens, Hespeler and was a member of St. Paul's United Church and the Royal Canadian Legion, Preston, Branch 126. A private family service will be held at Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1999. Interment Parklawn Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1999, at 2: 30 p.m., with Rev. John Anderson officiating. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
