  GARNER, Donald O. - At St. Mary's Hospital, June 27, 1979, after a lengthy illness, Donald O'Connor Garner, of 38 Woolwich St., Breslau aged 74 years. A member of St. Boniface RC Church, Maryhill; had been employed as a truck driver at Boehmer Box Co. for 33 years, until his retirement in 1975, due to ill health. Husband of the former Alice (Konkle Beckett); father of James D., Harley and Mrs. Kenneth (Gloria) Hipel, all of Breslau. Two grandchildren also survive, Michael Garner and Lynda Hipel. Predeceased by his parents, his first wife the former Marie Yantz and one grandson, Jeffery Garner. Friends called at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, where the funeral service was held on Friday with Father John Lawless officiating.
