Notes - Elizabeth Maria Haller was the light of her parents' eyes. She was a bright soul in this world and her loss is keenly felt by all those who knew her. She died on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener aged only 15. Born on October 2, 2006, in Kitchener to beloved parents Jennifer and Andre, Lizzy, as she was fondly called by her family and friends, was an outgoing and funny person. Lizzy was in grade 10 at Bluevale Collegiate but she attended grade 9 at St. David CSS. She was passionate about baseball and the Toronto Blue Jays. She was well known in her school and neighbourhood as she made friends easily. She planned to become an electrician after high school. She said she wanted to move away to Florida to get away from the snow when she was older. Lizzy is survived by her parents, Andre and Jennifer; her brother Nick; her maternal grandparents Marcella and Richard; her aunt Christine; her cousin Sam; her aunt Silke; her uncle Oliver and her pet cat Timmy. She is predeceased by her paternal grandparents Alois and Petra. We also want to acknowledge all of Lizzy's friends. Lizzy's memory will be cherished forever by her family and friends. She was taken from us before her time, but she lived her life to the fullest every single day. A private family funeral will be held at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, Kitchener. We would like to say thank you for all the kindly expressions of sympathy and support from our family, friends, and neighbourhood. It's been so appreciated during this difficult time.
