  ISRAEL, Erma E-At St. Mary's Hospital, on Thursday, Sept. 24, 1987, after a brief illness, the former Erma Elsie Eix, formerly of Church Street, Kitchener, latterly of Lafontaine Terrace, Kitchener, age 83 years. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Mother of Elaine (Mrs. Raymond Clayfield) of Waterloo; sister of Oscar Eix of Livonia, Mich. And Mrs. Naoma Findley of High River, Alta. Five grandchildren, James, Ronald and Brian Clayfield, Susan Grealey and Donna Stengel and nine great-grandchildren also survive. Predeceased by her husband, Emanuel; one son, Donald and one brother, Norman. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. this evening (Friday), until noon on Saturday, when removal will be made to St. Paul' Lutheran Church, Queen Street, where the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., with Pastor Roger Winger officiating. Interment will be in Union cemetery, Elmira.
