R. 3, Kitchener, is in the Welland County General Hospital, in a critical condition, suffering from a fractured skull, broken leg and other injuries recieved early this morning when he fell 30 feet into the hatch of the freighter Home Smith as it was unloading grain at the Maple Leaf Milling Company elevator in Port Colboure.
