  FALLA, Kathleen Bertha (nee Richards) October 24, 1938-February 1, 2013. Passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family on February 1, 2013, 26 months, after the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Kay faced the challenges of her illness with a quiet strength that inspired all those who knew her. Survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Michael and her children; Robert (Donna), Ted, Marie, David (Susan) and Trevor. Beloved grandmother to Jill, Katie and Olivia. Kay will be sadly missed by her many relatives in Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States and Jamaica, as well as her many friends worldwide. The family wishes to thank Community Care Access Centre and ParaMed with special thanks to nurses, Elaine Neavern and Laura Urquhart and to CMH Medical Day Care staff, for their dedicated and compassionate care. Friends and family will be received at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place the following day, Thursday, February 7, 2013, at St. Gregory's RC Church, at 10: 30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
