The former Lydia Spencer, Mrs. Sittler was born at Whitechurch near Lucknow, and was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Spencer. She had lived in St. Jacobs for the past ?? years and was a member of Calvary United Church, St. Jacobs. Surviving are her husband, three sons, Charles of Kitchener, Kenneth of St. Jacobs and ? of Camp Shilo, Man; seven daughters, Anne of Toronto, Mrs. Allan (Ruby) Mad? And Mrs. Donald (Jean) ?, both of Kitchener, Mrs. Jerome (Mary) ? of Heidelberg, Mrs. Donald (Lorraine) ? of Peterborough, Mrs. Mahlon (Joy) Snyder of St. Jacobs and Mrs. Elmer (Clementine) ? of RR 1, Waterloo, two sisters, Mrs. Annie Jowitt?
