Notes - KRAATZ, Marion Passed away peacefully at AR Goudie Eventide Home on November 30, 2010, at the age of 89 years. Marion was born June 1, 1921 in Edinburgh, Scotland. She came to Canada in 1948. Marion worked at Hamilton Mountain Sanitorium, Eaton's and BF Goodrich, retiring from Cambridge Memorial Hospital in 1982. She was a long-time member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and the LCW (Priscilla Group). Marion was a dear friend and will be fondly remembered by Brad and Lori Bauman and family and Tom, Kim, Craig and Caroline Charteris. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Gordon in 1997, and her parents Archie Steele (1965) and Jean Steele nee Herbertson (1973). She is survived by cousins and friends in Canada and Scotland. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, on Friday morning from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Funeral service will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock at the funeral home. Private interment will be at Memory Gardens, Breslau. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to St. Peter's Television Ministry or a charity of one's choice.
