  Mrs. Mary Blossom Butler Passes A well-known resident of Blenheim Township, Mrs. Mary Blossom Butler passed away suddenly in Kitchener on Thursday morning as the result of a heart attack. She was in her 70th year. The former Mary Blossom Bawtinheimer, she was born in Blenheim Township, a daughter of the late Thomas Bawtinheimer and Mary Jane Scott. She had spent most of her life on the family farm on the 9th concession. Mrs. Butler was a member of Knox United Church and Ayr Horticultural Society. In her earlier years she was an ardent follower of local sports and was considered an excellent hunter. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Donald Robson (Thelma), RR 3, Bright, and two grandchildren. Funeral service was held on Monday at the R. W. Rumble Funeral Home, Princeton, with interment in Ayr Cemetery. Rev. E. Willis officiated. Pallbearers were: Robert Wilson, George Strickler, Hugh Guthrie, Stanley Lilico, Richard Barrie and George Mitchell. Flower bearers were friends and neighbors. The Ayr News Nov 2 1967 pg 10
