Mr. Schenk had been a farmer in Normanby Township for many years, he came to Kitchener 16 years ago, latterly had been employed at the Hallman Lumber Co. in New Dundee, a member of. St. Stephen's Lutheran Church; husband of Laura Weber; father of Gladys (Mrs. Thomas Buckle), Islington; Joyce (Mrs. Edward Wiseman), Mildmay; Brenda of Kitchener, Lloyd, Route 3, Ayton; Laverne, Hespeler and Larry of .. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West Kitchener, until noon on Thursday, when removal will be made to St. Stephen's Lutheran Church for the service at 3 p.m. Interment Memory Gardens.
