      RIGG, Michael Thomas (Mike); With profound sadness we announce the passing of Michael Thomas Rigg, unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, December 30, 2010 in his 70th year. Mike will be forever missed by his loving wife of 40 years Margaret (nee Colvin)and by his sons Paul (Jamie) and Jeff (Missie), all of Kitchener. Dearly loved grandfather to Alex and Noelle Rigg, loving brother to Lottie Marie Rigg of Guelph, Patrick Rigg of Kitchener and Tony Rigg of Mississauga and much loved brother-in-law to Aline Leffler (Doug) and Barbara Colvin, all of Kitchener. Mike will also be missed by his long time pal Zoe. Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Helen Rigg (nee Corcoran), his sister Margaret Rigg-Atto and his brother Lawrence Rigg. Mike retired from the K-W Record after 50 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed every minute of his work, and will be missed by his many former co-workers and friends. The Rigg Family will receive friends at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King Street West on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mario Hryniewicz officiating. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Hospital For Sick Children greatly appreciated.
