Notes - WASILKA, Mildred Ann "Midge" (nee Vanstone) Passed away peacefully at people- Care AR Goudie in Kitchener on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Joseph "Chum" Wasilka (1976). Loving mother of Marty Wasilka (Gillian Foley). Proud grandmother of Vladimir, Anton (Tara), Nick (Shannon) and Alex, and great- grandmother of Izzy, Chloe, Ella and Ian. Predeceased by her brother Richard "Dick" Vanstone. Dear aunt of Dick, Barbara and John. Midge's family will receive relatives and friends from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will also be held at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Home , 39 Court Street, St. Catharines from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2016. Funeral Service in the Patrick J. Darte Chapel on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
