    • LAUTENSLAGER, Pearl - Passed away peacefully, in the presence of her family, on Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Pearl resided in New Hamburg. She was born 85 years ago in Baden, a daughter of the late Thomas and Nancy (Spenler) Griffin. Pearl had been a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Baden. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Wilson Lautenslager who predeceased her November 8, 1984. Loving mother of Garry Lautenslager, Sheila O'Neill, both of New Hamburg, Janice Underwood of Kitchener, Ross Lautenslager of Ayr, Gordon Lautenslager, Darlene Dahl and Dennis Lautenslager, all of New Hamburg. Lovingly remembered by 18 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. Also remembered by son-in-law, Jim LaFlamme of Kitchener; as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Pearl was predeceased by daughter, Marilyn Laflamme; grandson, Brent Underwood; granddaughter, Kim Lautenslager; great-grandson, Brody Underwood; sons-in-law, Mike Piskorski, Victor O'Neill and Ralph Underwood; sister, Edna Bonn and sister-in-law, Phyllis and husband Ward Coleman. Friends and relatives may call at Mark Jutzi Funeral Home , 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and again Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday June 18, 2007 at 2: 30 p.m. with Pastor Amsey Martin officiating. Burial to follow in Fairmount Cemetery, Baden. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Aldaview Services.
