- GINGERICH, Peter O. Of Baden, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Thursday, Aug. 30, 1973, born at Blake, Ont., October 9, 1889. He was a cheesemaker at Baden from 1920 until 1956. He is survived by four sons, Kenneth of Sarasota, Fla., Richard of Guelph, Willard and Raymond, both of Baden; also four daughters, Mrs. Walter (Ruby) Hammer, Mrs. Walter (Leona) Steinman, both of Baden, Mrs. Carl (Miriam) Oesch of Zurich and Elaine Brennan of Baden; also survived by one brother Enos Gingerich of Shakespeare; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; he was predeceased by his wife the former Barbara Gascho in 1960, and by two sisters and one brother.
Resting at the Bruce J. Omand Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, where friends will be received from 7:30 to 9:30 today and 3 to 5 p.m. and 7:30 to 9:30 on Saturday. The remains will be removed at noon on Sunday to the Steinman Mennonite Church where services will be held at 3 p.m., followed by in- terment in the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the Mennonite Mission Board will be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
