  EVANS, Ronald L. (Sliver) Of 126 Royal Oak Rd., Cambridge, on Thursday, July 20, 1978, at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, in his 60th year, Ronald Evans. Beloved husband of the late Mae Marie Ernewein and dear father of David Leslie of Sprucedale, Ont., Dennis Joseph of Brantford, Suzanne (Mrs. Willard Wallace) of Kitchener and Miss Nancy Evans of Cambridge; loving son of Jane Elizabeth Evans of Cambridge; dear brother of Helen (Mrs. Charles Don) of Cambridge. Also survived by five grandchildren. Predeceased by a brother, Norman Evans in 1977. He was born in Preston, a lifelong resident of the area. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (P), where the family will receive friends this evening, from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral and committal service at the funeral home Saturday, July 22, at 2 p.m. Interment following at Parklawn cemetery.
