  PEARSON, ShirleyAt St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday, Dec. 31st., 1938, Shirley Fay Pearson, dearly beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Henry (Harry) Pearson, in her 14th year. Resting at the H. K. Stager Funeral Home, 308 Dover Street, Preston, where a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 4, at 2: 30 p.m. Interment will be made in Preston cemetery. Kitchener Daily Record 3 Jan 1939 pg 13 ___________________ SHIRLEY PEARSON PRESTON, Jan. 3, Ill only several days, Shirley Fay, 13-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Henry (Harry) Pearson of Preston, died at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Saturday. Born in Preston, the child was a student at the continuation school. A member of Knox Presbyterian church and of Miss Tulloch's Sunday school class, she was also a member of the juvenile lodge, Princess Elizabeth Daughters of England. Surviving are her parents; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Schoneau and Mr. J. H. Pearson of Preston; three sisters, Beth, 12 years; Erin, 10 years and Arlie, five years. The remains are at the H. K. Stager funeral home, 308 Dover street, Preston, where a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, at 2.30,p.m. Interment will be made in the Preston Cemetery.
