  GOREING, Stella F. Born in Orrville, Ontario, on April 18, 1923, passed away suddenly, at her residence Park Lane Terrace in Paris, on Thursday, August 25, 2011, at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Richard A. Goreing (1999). Loving mother of Wayne of Paris, Gail Hood (Gary) of Cambridge and Frank (Jeannine) of Cambridge. Dear Nanny of 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Survived by her brother, Robert Wells, brother-in-law, Harold (Squeak) Shaver and sisters-in-law, Alice Goering and Evelyn Wells. Predeceased by grandchildren Lisa and Michael Goreing, brothers Donald and William Wells, sisters Rosie Gignac and Jean Cassel, brothers-in-law, Gerard Cassel, Harold Goreing and Art Gignac and sisters-in-law, Shirley Shaver and Anne Wells. Stella loved to play cards and was an avid Toronto Blue Jays fan. A Celebration of Stella's life will be held at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, on Thursday, September 1, 2011, at 2 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to service time.
