  GARSTKA, Tadeusz Passed away peacefully, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Thursday, March 19, 2009. at the age of 77. Survived by his brother, Marian Garstka; sisters, Bozena Garstka and Irena Duraiska, all of Poland; cousin, Jan Garstka of Hamilton and nephew, Jacek Garstka of Kitchener. A graveside service for Tadeusz will be held at Parklawn Cemetery (750 Fountain St. N., Cambridge) on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at 12 p.m. Waterloo Region Record 21 Mar 2009 pg B5
