Father of Dennis of Vancouver, B.C. and dear brother of Earl of Cambridge and Mrs. Helena Webb and her husband Ross of Waterloo. Mr. Bartscher was predeceased by his wife, Irene and one son Laurence. Friends may call on Saturday, Dec. 27, 1986 at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, from 12 noon until 2 pm, when complete funeral services will be held in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel, officiated by Rev.
