  O'CONNELL, Thomas F. Of 439 Wellington St. South, Preston, at the Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, Wednesday, Oct. 4, 1972, Thomas F. O'Connell, beloved husband of Mary Garvey; dear father of Phyllis (Mrs. John Stroder), Kitchener; Ruby (Mrs. Leonard Walter) Preston; Marlene (Mrs. Michael Bressner), Kitchener; in his 80th year. Mr. O'Connell was born near Mount Forest and had lived in Preston, for the last 20 years; he was employed at the Preston Spring Gardens; member of St. Clement's Church and a member of the Preston Senior Citizens; also survived by 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. O'Connell is resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, until Saturday morning, then to St. Clement's Church for funeral mass, at 10 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn cemetery.
