East, Waterloo; son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gustav Petznick; husband of Clara Brandt; father of Robert, Verner, and Gordon, all of Kitchener, Miss Dorothy Petznick, Kitchener and Mrs. William (Bernett) Browne of Oakville; predeceased by one daughter, Mrs. Homer (Bernice) Pequegnat in 1964; brother of William of Baden, Arnold, Charles, George and Albert, all of Pembroke; Mrs. Wilfred (Irene) Schultz, Mrs. Clarence (Edna) Brumm, Mrs. Clifford (Evelyn) Risto, all of Pembroke; Mrs. George (Lydia) Witt of Chatham and also survived by 17 grandchildren; predeceased by one sister, Mrs. Edward (Alma) Bimm.
Resting at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St South, Waterloo, until noon Saturday, then to the chapel of St. John's Lutheran Church for services at 1: 30 p.m. Rev. Everett Mossman officiating. Committal at Parkview chapel, followed by burial in Waterloo Mount Hope cemetery.
