- RICHARDSON, Dr. William Freeman -It is with sadness that the family announce the death of William (Bill) Richardson at Gateway Haven, Wiarton on Saturday, October 15, 1994 in his 74th year. He served in the RCAF in WW II in Britain, North Africa, Sicily and Italy. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario he practised medicine in Cambridge, Ontario until his retirement to Wiarton 10 years ago. He is survived and will be greatly missed by his wife Dr. Evelyn (Russell) Richardson, his sons Sandy of Toronto, David and his wife Deborah of St. John's, Newfoundland, daughter Anne Campbell and her husband Bruce of Bradford, Ontario. Also surviving are his much loved grandchildren Krista and Nicole Campbell and Christopher and Jennifer Richardson. He is also survived by a sister Catherine Butler of Cleveland, Ohio. He was predeceased by a sister Elinor Plumb of Vancouver, B.C. The family will receive friends at the George Funeral Home, Wiarton on Monday from 2: 00 - 4: 00 p.m. and 7: 00 - 9: 00 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel on Tuesday, October 18 at 2: 00 p.m. Cremation with Interment of Ashes at Colpoys Bay Cemetery, Wiarton. In lieu of flowers donations to Gateway Haven or the Heart and Stroke Founation would be appreciated.
