  SHORT, William R. (Shorty) Of RR 4, Cambridge (residing with Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Knight), formerly of Laurel St., Cambridge, at University Hospital, London, Ont., Saturday, Sept. 21, 1991, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Noreen. (Dolly) Fach; dear father of John of Cambridge, Beverley (Mrs. James Mellon) of Angus, Ont. Beloved grandfather of five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, William and Otilla Short. Mr. Short was born in Rockwood, Ont., a resident of Cambridge and area all his life. Retired from Canada Last of Cambridge. A member of St. Clement's Church and was associated with Fairview Mennonite Centre, Cambridge. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Monday) 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Sept. 25, 1991, at St. Clement's Church at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
