  BULTHUIS, Gerrit Of 650 Eagle St., North, Cambridge, on Thursday, February 10, 1994, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Hazel MacMillan, dear father of Gerry Bulthuis of Elliott Lake, Tineke (Mrs. Richard McLaughlin) of Brownsville and Joyce (Mrs. Francis Power) of Cambridge, dear step-father of Barry MacMillan, Wayne MacMillan and Diane (Mrs. Robert Miller) all of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Predeceased by his parents and his first wife, Tina Salverda (Dec. 1971). Mr. Bulthuis was born in Buitenpost, Netherlands and came to Cambridge, in 1951, he was a carpenter working at many jobs through the Cambridge Carpenter's Union, until he retired 6 years ago. Resting at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Saturday, from 7 - 9 p.m. and Sunday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The Funeral and Committal Services will be conducted by Rev. Gord Griggs, Monday, February 14, 1994, at 3 p.m., at the Funeral Home. Interment, Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge. Cambridge Reporter 1994
