  FISCHLER, Adam - At K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Monday, May 26, 2008, after a brief illness due to a heart attack. Adam Fischler, aged 86 years. Adam had been employed with the University of Waterloo until his retirement, was a member of the Waterloo, Senior Citizens Recreation Centre, the Owls Nest. He was the last surviving member of his family, being predeceased by his parents and his brother. At Adam's request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home, cremation has taken place. Donations may be made to The Children's Safety Village as expressions of sympathy through the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 519-745-9495 or online condolences may be made at www.mem.com.
