  DONAU, Mrs. Marie (John) \emdash Peacefully, at Sunnyside Home, on Friday, Feb. 1, 1991, Marie Donau (nee Trudnoski), age 100 years, of 247 Franklin St. N., Kitchener. Mrs. Donau was a member of St. Mary's RC Church, a lifetime member of the Army, Navy and Air Force Club and was well known and admired throughout the K-W area for her creativity in designing, sewing and renting colorful party costumes in the 1960s and 1970s. Beloved wife of the late John Donau. Dear mother of Mrs. Helen Kaufman of Waterloo, Edward Donau, Eric Donau and his wife Hilde, all of Kitchener, Mrs. Martha Ferguson of Toronto. She leaves to mourn her 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Sophie Pawlak of Detroit, Mich. Predeceased by her parents; son, Harry; daughters, Sophie Dubrick and Ida Heubach; granddaughter, Joanne and grandson, Barrie. Cremation to follow with interment in Woodland cemetery.
