By chance I thought I would connect with my contact at Smyly Homes in Ireland and ask if they had a record of a G. McDowell being sent over to Hespeler. Not only did Smyly Homes confirm George McDowell was sent over in 1907 to Hespeler but they sent a photograph featuring George and the other boys when they arrived standing behind their trunks at the Coombe. You can see the name McDowell on a trunk in the picture. 2nd trunk from the far right second row.
