This is the former home of Albert & Louise Voelker in 1919. Their daughter Margaret is between them. The little boy on the left grew up to be Dr. Philip Voelker, the medical officer of health for many years. The baby is my father Charlie Voelker who was a custom home designer & was on Waterloo City council in the 1970s. The house was at 754 King St. W. where the Central [Meat] Market is now.
